WIHS Free Ticket Program

WIHS is proud to welcome and honor individuals who serve, support, and develop their communities. The WIHS Free Ticket Program offers two complimentary tickets per session to any individual who can present, at the Capital One Arena box office, a valid ID to any of the organizations listed below. Tickets are available now through the last day of the show, Oct. 27.   

Who is Eligible? 

  • U.S. Military – All branches and National Guard (military ID required). In recognition of our longstanding connection with the military, both current and retired military members are eligible. 
  • U.S. Federal, State or Local Government (work ID required, location can be anywhere in U.S.)
  • Teachers, K-12, public or private school (work ID required, location can be anywhere in U.S.)
  • First Responders: EMT, paramedics, firefighters, police officers, 911 dispatchers (work ID required, location can be anywhere in U.S.)
  • Girl Scout / Boy Scout / 4-H Club / Future Farmers of America (membership card required, location can be anywhere in U.S.)
  • D.C. Public Schoolchildren, K-12 (school ID required, District of Columbia schools only)

Ticket Availability

WIHS has designated a quantity of tickets for free distribution per session. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, in person only at Capital One Arena box office. Once all free tickets for each session have been distributed at Capital One Arena box office, no additional free tickets for that session will be made available. 

Additional Ticket Purchase

For individuals who are eligible for free tickets and who would like to acquire more than two tickets for any one session, additional tickets are available for purchase at the box office. These additional purchased tickets will not affect the quantity of free tickets available to that session. 
 

Additional Terms & Conditions

Tickets distributed through the WIHS Free Ticket Program are not for resale. Offer may be revised at any time. Offer void where in contradiction to organization's / agency's relevant gift / donation policies and processes.
