Staff & Officials Check-In

Welcome Judges, Officials and Show Staff!
We look forward to seeing you in October for the 50th anniversary Washington International Horse Show.
Check back regularly for information and updates.
Hotel and Travel Reimbursement
In September we will mail your hotel confirmation with directions and a travel reimbursement form. Please save all receipts related to travel to and from the show, as receipts must be submitted in order to receive your reimbursement. Additional travel reimbursement forms will also be available in the show office.
Check-in
When you arrive at Verizon Center, pick up your wristband and per diem check (if applicable) from the VIP Entrance located on the main concourse at the corner of 7th and G Streets. Please allow sufficient time on your first day to pick up your wristband as arena security will not allow you into the building without it.
Check Cashing
Per diem checks may be cashed at the official WIHS Souvenir Booth on the main concourse near Section 115 if cash is available. SunTrust Bank’s closest branch to the Verizon Center is 624 H St., NW (near the intersection of 6th and H Streets just inside Chinatown).
Meals
Lunch is provided each day from 11:00 A.M.–2:00 P.M.
