Verizon CenterThe Washington International Horse Show is a championship equestrian competition with leading riders, Olympic veterans and superstar horses from the U.S. and abroad. This landmark event offers sponsors an exceptional opportunity to reach an educated and affluent population passionate about horses and horse sports.

World-class competition, such as the $100,000 President’s Cup Grand Prix, the WIHS Equitation Classic and the Puissance (high jump), is the mainstay of the show. Rounding out this six-day horse fest are a variety of unique and entertaining events, like the thrilling terrier races, Four-in-Hand Driving, Dressage and the Pony Pavilion, where youngsters can pet and ride ponies.

Between classes, attendees can browse and shop at more than 50 specialty vendors offering wares from saddlery and riding apparel to jewelry and home decor, or make a bid for more than 100 unique items in the Silent Auction.

The Washington International Horse Show is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization partnering with Autism Speaks, an organization devoted to raising awareness and funds for this devastating disorder that affects 1 in 150 children.  

Held in Washington, D.C., at Verizon Center, one of the premiere sporting venues in the country, the 51st Annual Washington International Horse Show offers sponsors a highly visible opportunity to access a desirable audience receptive to their marketing message.
