Please print and return the WIHS Media Registration form.

Due to strict security, all credential applications must be accompanied by a request letter on official media letterhead signed by a supervisor. Members of the media must enter through and sign in at the Press Entrance of Verizon Center on 6th Street. Media will be escorted to the Press Room by a member of the staff. Valid photo ID is required.

Please return the Media Registration form to Phelps Media Group prior to October 13, 2008.
